All items, except bikes, ship within 48 hours of the first business day that orders are received. We are happy to safely box bikes for shipping for $95. We will coordinate with you for shipping through bikeflights.com.

Parts and accessories are available at any time for pick up. Please call ahead to advise our staff and confirm availability of any specific items you may be interested in.
Customer Service Policy
Laurel Cyclery is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days, however due to COVID-19 there may be significant delays to order processing/fulfillment times; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 5 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Returns on new parts and accessories accepted when accompanied by receipt within 30 days of purchase. Defective items will be replaced with a new item upon request.
Bicycle return policy: Bikes can returned up to and including seven (7) days after purchase for a full refund. Between eight (8) and fourteen (14) days, customers may receive store credit for the original purchase amount. Between fifteen (15) and thirty (30) days, customers will be awarded store credit, after deducting a 15% re-stock fee.
Return items should not show signs of wear or significant use. All refunds are subject to staff discretion. Sales of used items are final with no returns or exchanges permitted.
